  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Excellent financial and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage production budgets effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the Accounting and Finance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the production department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and manage extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Operate and maintain Disamatic molding machines and other foundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to safety regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align production processes with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, implementing new technologies and methods where applicable.
