Job description

Ramjack Chesapeake is a commercial and residential foundation repair contractor. We are expanding our team and hiring a Production Manager to help accelerate our growth in the foundation repair industry. If you enjoy logistical planning, creating, and refining systems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple jobsites across MD/DC territory
• Oversee daily operations of crews
• Manage equipment and materials
• Occasionally perform hands-on work to ensure quality and workflow
• Prepare equipment, materials, and job details before each day
• Collaborate with staff to meet customer, employee, and job site needs
• Train team personnel and develop employees
• Create systems to improve efficiency
• Share best practices with other managers and participate in meetings
• Submit required documentation and reports timely
• Manage safety records and ensure safety compliance, reporting incidents promptly

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and insurability
• At least 3 years in construction or similar industry
• Basic computer skills for documentation and plans
• Excellent communication, staff management, quality control, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and fluency in English

Preferred skills include heavy equipment operation, welding, and mechanical inclination.
