Job summary

Exhibition Hub, a leader in immersive art and cultural experiences, seeks a Production Manager based in Atlanta to lead touring exhibitions from concept through installation. You will collaborate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and venue partners across multiple countries to deliver high-quality, on-time and on-budget productions.

The role requires coordinating production schedules, ensuring safety, and managing budgets while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing productions, exhibitions, live events, or large-scale projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software; AutoCAD/SketchUp a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and must have passport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production lifecycle of touring exhibitions from pre-production through installation and de-installation.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules, logistics, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and venue partners across multiple countries.
  • Lead production meetings and monitor project timelines, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
  • Oversee on-site installation teams and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and tender processes while maintaining cost control.
  • Coordinate transportation, fabrication, equipment, and production logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and permitting requirements.
  • Report project progress, challenges, and key milestones to senior management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in production processes and operational excellence.

Position Summary

As Production Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of touring exhibitions from concept through installation and dismantling. Working closely with project managers, designers, suppliers and venue partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
