Job description

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager within the Exhibits Space to work within a vibrant team. You will work with a variety of prestigious clients to create and execute exhibition booths and environments that make an impact and resonate with audiences. The role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and offers opportunities for national and international travel with an experienced team. You will build and sustain positive client relationships, provide support and direction, understand client brands and goals, and bring this understanding to life through world‑class booths and environments. Depending on team needs, you may work remotely, in a hybrid, or onsite capacity. You will report directly to the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Client account and project ownership, specifically exhibit booth management
• Oversee and manage exhibition booth design, production, on‑site installation and post‑event management
• Responsibility for the production and execution of all projects from initial concept to client delivery
• Oversee the development and delivery of client content and messaging
• Lead end‑to‑end event budgeting within company financial tools
• Prepare and maintain budgets throughout each event lifecycle, including approving invoices
• Liaise with suppliers (AV, Show Services), venues and internal stakeholders
• Deliver first‑class customer service to meet client goals
• Develop proposals to meet client objectives
• Lead client planning meetings, pre‑event, on‑site and post‑event debriefs
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure live meetings and exhibitions meet high standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management for exhibits with strong technical knowledge and commitment to service excellence
• Clear, organized project management approach ensuring priorities are understood and delivery stays on track
• Experience managing show budgets from creation through revisions and reconciliation
• Customer‑centric approach to event delivery
• Proficiency in event management software, project management tools and Microsoft 365 suite (including Excel and complex spreadsheet maintenance)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally and manage busy show schedules on‑site
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical/Healthcare clients is preferable
• Good commercial understanding with ability to deliver on agreed financials
• Strong client communication and service relationship building skills
