• Complete an 8-10 month Production Management Development Program focusing on supervision, operations, and machinery management.
• Assist plant management with daily operations, staff supervision, and equipment management.

• Manage throughput, safety, and operational procedures.
• Oversee teams across locations, manage labor contracts, and foster positive relations.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, with hands-on machinery skills.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
