Job summary

Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will maintain large production machinery while ensuring efficient operation. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation using CMMS. The role requires vocational education or equivalent experience and strong mechanical skills. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $34.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Valid state motor vehicle license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with manager to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
