Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. in Friesland, WI is hiring a full-time Second Shift Maintenance Technician Lead. You will maintain large production machinery, train shift techs, and coordinate with management to ensure efficient repairs and preventive maintenance.

Monitored by CMMS, you’ll help optimize uptime and tool availability. Requirements include an Associate Degree or 2–4 years in maintenance, with electrical, welding, and fabrication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years maintenance experience required.
• Electrical wiring 3 phase 480V experience preferred.
• Welding/fabrication (Mig/Arc) skills beneficial.
• Lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on large production machinery.
• Guide and train shift technicians on fixes and procedures.
• Plan work priorities with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
• Maintain records of repairs and use CMMS for tracking.
• Coordinate with production on machine modifications and tests.
• Keep shop areas organized and stocked with parts.
