This position involves performing maintenance on large production machinery, guiding and training shift techs, and maintaining operational efficiency. Candidates should possess an Associate Degree or relevant experience in electrical wiring, carpentry, plumbing, or welding. Qualifications

• Associate Degree or two to four years of maintenance experience in Electrical wiring, Carpentry, Plumbing, or Welding.
• Lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Assist with planning and preparation of training for maintenance associates.
• Guide and train shift techs on efficient fixes.
• Utilize CMMS for work performed and inventory used.

Skills

Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
