Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Auburn, WA, seeks a reliable team member to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products to the highest quality standards. You will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and help with facility upkeep as part of a dedicated production crew.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or construction experience preferred, basic math skills, ability to read simple instructions, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurements are required.
• Clear communication with team members is essential.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and follow directions.
• Strong teamwork to operate in an industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills as part of the production process.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping to keep a clean work environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
