Job description

Rhino Inc. is a manufacturer that produces floating docks, boats, blinds, decoys, ice fishing shelters, and fluid storage tanks, providing custom rotational-molding solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and company objectives, and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets.
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
• Identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems with possible heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters.
• Be accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding is a plus.

1st shift hours are 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
