Job summary

Sealed Air in North Carolina is seeking a production operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing on the morning shift. You will adjust machine controls, perform packaging tasks, and ensure quality and on-time production while following GMP and 6S standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, packing, line support, and recording production data. Candidates should have basic math, reading, computer skills, and a teamwork mindset; extrusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Experience operating high speed manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and apply problem solving to processes.
• Able to use a tape measure and basic hand tools.
• Must complete production documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe operation of production equipment and adjust settings.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, and 6S practices on the line.
• Ensure timely production to meet customer needs.
• Label, pack, wrap and support line supply needs.
• Support quality inspections and production documentation.
