Aufgaben

• Assist in operating production machines at max capacity and speed; work to improve setup times and downtime; report mechanical concerns to supervisor.
• Work at a fast pace to adhere to production schedule as directed by the machine operator.
• Continue learning machine operation, downtime, setup times, and quality of product.
• Assist with completing necessary reports accurately and timely.
• Assist in set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on the machine.
• Monitor board quality for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Be willing to cross-train on other machines and follow all policies including safety and housekeeping.
