Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a production support candidate. You will assist machine operators, perform cleanup, manage yard/warehouse tasks and help with material handling in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read safety rules, and the physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs; weekends may be required. Compliance with safety guidelines is essential to daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to work independently and stay accurate under pressure.
• Capable of basic arithmetic for material handling and recordkeeping.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 80 lbs; operate basic production equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators and production teams in daily tasks.
• Inspect product quality against set standards.
• Maintain and verify production counts and inventory.
• Perform machine clean-up and setup during shift changes.
• Follow safety rules and use required protective equipment at all times.
