Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Florida is seeking a production support role to assist the machine operator and production team. Duties include maintaining a clean work area, following safety rules, and helping prepare for shifts with necessary equipment and materials.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and reading simple words/numbers. Training may be provided for forklift and other machinery as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read simple words and numbers.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety regulations and wear required gear.
• Operate machinery or equipment as trained and instructed.
• Assist lead operator in preparing for shift production.
• May operate hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment or other equipment; internal certification may be required.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintain inventory counts.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
