Siemens Energy seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of engineered-to-order products. You will coordinate with production planning, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Emphasis on Lean methods and digitalization to improve processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in a supervisory role, strong communication, and proven leadership. US work authorization is required; internal transfers may be possible for visa holders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical or engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Production Supervisor or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production of engineered-to-order products.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with engineering, sales, and purchasing.
• Maintain equipment, calibration, and report malfunctions to maintenance.
• Drive daily, monthly, and annual targets; remove bottlenecks.
• Pursue continuous improvement using Lean and digitalization.
• Foster strong employee relations through coaching and development.
