Job summary

Mission Critical Group seeks a Production Support Lead to optimize the flow of materials and resources for production activities. You will plan, implement, and control movements from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely stocking and high-quality output under tight deadlines.

You will train new staff, coordinate receiving and shipping logistics, and support continuous improvement across the production floor while maintaining safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of inventory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications: OSHA10, CPR preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members on production processes.
• Coordinate receiving of materials and ensure proper storage.
• Support flow of materials from inventory to production floor.
• Create labels and identification for production activities.
• Lead daily/regular production meetings.
• Coordinate logistics of sheet metal and copper parts crossing facilities.
• Assist with shipping/receiving logistics and packaging.
• Maintain inventory cycle counts and quarterly inventory reports.
• Ensure documentation for production is properly archived.
