Job summary

Applicants should have manufacturing exposure, basic math skills, and a strong reliability mindset. Overtime may be required during peak periods; teamwork and initiative are valued in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred with a focus on safe working practices.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative and teamwork within a production setting.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail for quality output.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts to specifications while meeting quality standards.
• Inspect parts for defects and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Operate machines safely and set up tooling for line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Coordinate material and equipment needs and support production flow.
