thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is a leading suspension solutions manufacturer in Hamilton, Ohio. The Assembler/Machine operator will run a machine to assemble parts to strict specifications, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, setting up machines per work instructions, and escalating any quality or safety issues to supervisors while supporting production schedules and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
• Strong focus on safety and environmental policies.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble component parts to company specifications and customer expectations.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects; tag non-conforming parts.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow setup instructions.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; work overtime during peak periods.
• Communicate test results or issues to technicians and engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leads or management.
