Qualifications

• Demonstrates reliable work history in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and work instructions.
• Maintains safety and quality by following procedures and policies.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components to specifications while meeting quality standards.
• Inspects parts for defects and communicates issues to leadership.
• Sets up and operates machines per work instructions and assists with operator training.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Prepares line for changeovers and coordinates material needs for smooth production flow.
• Completes tasks in line with manufacturing schedules and safety guidelines.
