Job summary

You will set up machines, inspect parts for quality, and coordinate with technicians and engineers to ensure productivity and accuracy. Strong mechanical aptitude and reading blueprints are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitious duties.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operates a machine to assemble component parts to specs and customer expectations.
• Inspects parts for proper assembly and defects; marks non-conforming parts.
• Sets up machines per work instructions and maintains clean workstation.
• Learns all machines in the area and may move to other lines as needed.
• Communicates results and issues to production technicians and engineers.
• Performs duties in compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.
