Boone Center, Inc. is hiring a Production Line Worker in Moscow Mills, MO. You will perform bench, conveyor, or assembly tasks to meet safety, quality, and quantity standards while assisting with safety and training of employees with disabilities.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm and Friday 6:00am–2:30pm; pay is $16 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays, leave, PTO, and health/dental/vision coverage, plus retirement and disability plans.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and report issues.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Production Line Worker effectively performs bench, conveyor or assembly and packaging line tasks to meet safety, quality and quantity standards. They will assist with job safety, training, and development of employees with disabilities through leading by example and exhibiting a strong work ethic.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION LINE WORKER CAN LOOK LIKE:

• Skillfully performing various tasks in a fast-paced contract packaging setting, including:


• Assembly work with or without common hand tools and assembly equipment.


• Packaging tasks, using filling and packaging equipment when needed.


• Assorted tasks such as sorting, inspecting, labeling, and more.


• Displaying flexibility by switching between production lines efficiently.


• Assisting supervisors in training, motivating, and coaching fellow team members.


• Ensuring quality standards and production targets are met.


• Providing protective oversight of employees and reporting any employee behaviors, incidents and/or accidents to supervisor.


• Maintaining a safe, orderly, and sanitized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.


• Ability to follow and remember instructions.


• Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work.


• Strong communication skills required.

LOCATION: Moscow Mills, MO

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm; Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

PAY:

$16 per hour
