Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Basic math skills and ability to read production charts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor the production line.
• Perform quality checks and minor process adjustments.
• Assist with starting up equipment and basic preventive maintenance.
• Inspect fiber and finished products for quality.
• Offload, weigh, wrap, label, and package finished products.
• Remove production waste and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Handle and track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Report safety or equipment concerns to the Shift Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
