Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a non-woven operator to produce various weights of quality non-woven material in a safe, efficient manner. You will start up and shut down lines, operate slitters, adhere to safety and GMP standards, and perform preventive maintenance or minor repairs as needed.

Housekeeping and strict process control are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good math, reading, and communication skills, plus strong mechanical ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate all non-woven equipment safely and efficiently.
• Start up and shut down lines safely.
• Operate slitters and slit products to specifications.
• Follow Safety/SHA/GMP/FDA/GDP requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the department.
• Understand Goods Issue Slip and Kan Ban pull system.
• Enter confined spaces when required.
• Perform quality checks and record results.
• Operate balers and complete RF transactions as needed.
