Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Production Operator to operate and optimize multiple production lines in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure product quality, follow safety and GMP policies, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, the ability to read drawings and manuals, and the stamina for 10+ hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled facility. Weekend and overtime flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years mechanical training or previous work-related skill, knowledge in packaging/ production environment.
• Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to maintain production line rate and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance per predictive maintenance guidelines.
• Change over equipment to meet production requirements and minimize downtime.
• Document work and ensure correct setup specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and complete required production documentation.
