Qualifications

• Two years mechanical training or related work experience in a packaging/production environment.
• Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to meet production line rate.
• Ensure product quality and productivity.
• Identify and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per predictive maintenance methods.
• Change over equipment according to production needs to minimize downtime.
• Make minor machine adjustments and document work.
• Maintain correct setup specs and related documentation.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Read and complete required production documentation.
• Follow all Safety/Environmental, GMP and Lean 5S policies and guidelines.
