Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an extrusion line operator in Kentucky to maintain line performance, monitor temperatures, colors, and throughput, and ensure safety. You will work 12-hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and follow production schedules while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and complete production schedules.
- Previous machinery operator experience in continuous production.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor extrusion process forms and records.
- Keep vacuum, stuffer and vents clean and free of material.
- Maintain distilled water and additives in cooling tanks.
- Ensure lines run at set rates, temps and percentages.
- Verify boards meet color and length schedules.
- Notify supervisor of issues affecting performance or quality.
- Monitor line output hourly for product quality.
- Adhere to safe working habits around equipment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and assist coworkers as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Overtime, holidays and weekends as needed.
