Qualifications

• Run all aspects of PVC extrusion lines to meet specifications.
• Master the computerized extrusion, control and printing systems.
• Test and measure to ensure conformance with specs.
• Inspect print, wall, O.D., length, appearance and bell fit.
• Identify quality issues and complete QC forms.
• Monitor pipe physicals.
• Read micrometer and O.D. tape and adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate PVC extrusion lines for night shift and ensure output matches specs.
• Maintain accurate records and complete operator paperwork.
• Repair red tag products and align with schedule within 3 months.
• Cut crate boards to proper lengths and process regrind as required.
