Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a dedicated operator to input data into a Machine Center, perform setups and changeovers, and ensure accurate material handling. This on-site role supports safety and production standards in a factory setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a stable work history in an industrial environment. Teamwork and basic math skills are essential for success.

Shift: Monday through Friday 3 PM to 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Required to input information into a Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.
• Will be responsible for setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocations as required.
• Required to follow safety guidelines for themselves and their coworkers. This will involve daily safety start up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer.
• Participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
