Job summary

Prysmian in Rhode Island is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move materials, unload trucks, and support production teams in a fast-paced facility. You will operate a sit-down forklift, perform daily inspections, and ensure accurate inventory movements according to safety procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and a strong team mindset. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM, with comprehensive benefits and a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying material quantities and maintaining accurate inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed
