Starting Pay: $20-21

• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Minimum $0.50 increase per certification
• $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
• Performance based increases

Shift: MUST be open to 1st and 3rd shift

Position Overview
Our Integrated Cutting Line (ICL) team performs a variety of duties associated with the production of insulated siding including (but not limited to) sorting, inspecting, and packaging of products to assure a good, quality product is produced.

Essential Job Functions

• Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, grip and walk as necessary during an 8 – 10 hour shift
• Visually inspect for any quality defects
• Able to read and interpret a ruler
• Foster teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety requirements
• Desire to be cross trained in other areas or job duties
