Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete equipment and production line changeovers.
• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Prioritize repairs based on production needs.
• Document downtime and production information.
• Complete required quality and production paperwork.
• Follow equipment, product, quality, GMP, food-safety, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate equipment issues with supervisors and team members.
