Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
• Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
