Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Basic arithmetic to manage counts and measurements.
• Willingness to work in a production environment on the line.
• Capable of teamwork and participation in improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor tasks in and around the plant according to procedures.
• Work on production lines to assist in manufacturing processes.
• Comply with Safety, GMP, Quality, and plant policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts.
• Read codes and change coder machines as needed.
• Open, weigh, and prepare materials for production runs.
• Assist with labeling, garnishing, and packaging activities.
• Support end-of-shift cleanup and material resealing per procedures.
