Job summary

Rich Products Corporation, a global family-owned food company, seeks a Sanitation Manager for its Crest Hill, IL facility. You will oversee sanitation programs, ensure GMP and HACCP compliance, and lead a team of associates to maintain clean, safe production environments.

You will develop short- and mid-term plans, drive improvements, and collaborate with management to meet plant and corporate objectives. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, sanitation processes, HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and direct plant sanitation procedures to ensure compliant production.
• Develop and communicate short- and mid-term operations plans.
• Mentor and motivate associates and ensure resource availability.
• Monitor cleaning, QA and sanitation programs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in GMP, sanitation, and safety inspections and corrective work orders.
