Job summary

Maverick Power, a recognized leader in power distribution solutions, is seeking an Assembly Line Supervisor for its Phoenix facilities. On-site role responsible for daily production planning, ensuring adherence to procedures, safety, and production targets, while guiding a team to meet quality and efficiency goals.

You will develop schedules, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement using 5S and strong leadership, with opportunities in a high-growth organization that values ambition

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• Leads by example through 5S Methodology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and teamwork development.
• Prepare required reports and correspondence.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
