Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 7+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Proven track record of delivering improvements in productivity, quality, safety and cost.
- Experience leading Manufacturing Engineers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering projects with scope, milestones, ownership and deadlines.
- Lead, coach, and develop Manufacturing Engineers, setting expectations and removing barriers.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement across the operation.
- Establish standard work, processes and engineering practices across shifts.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, R&D, and Product/Design Engineering to implement improvements.
