Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive production performance and safety on our factory floors across Phoenix and Texas facilities. You will implement standardized processes, mentor ops personnel, and lead initiatives to deliver measurable throughput improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong skills in workflow optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support rapid growth in a high-energy

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience in manual production operation
Proven record of delivering measurable productivity improvements
Experience implementing standardized systems and developing documentation
Ability to mentor and provide training
Comfortable working directly on the production floor

Responsibilities

Production Improvement: identify bottlenecks in manual operations and implement rapid improvements
Operational Standardization: develop standardized work instructions and establish project tracking
Safety: identify operational risks and improve ergonomics and safe practices
Engineering Leadership: provide daily structure, translate ideas into scoped projects, and drive accountability
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
