Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Proficient with inventory tracking systems and ERP software.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet production demands.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and collaboration.
• Commitment to safety regulations on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple production lines to meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with supervision for resolution.
• Handle inventory tasks and maintain records in ERP system.
• Provide daily leadership, lead huddles, assign tasks, onboard new associates, and coaching.
• Support development of team members and train new line leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, GMPs, FDA, SQF).
• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain product quality.
• Complete equipment setup and shutdown per guidelines.
• Perform other duties to support production operations.
