Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with daily resource staffing and production needs
• Assist with on-the-job training for new employees and document training
• Fill in on the production line to cover gaps due to absenteeism, breaks, etc.
• Serve as the technical expert for the line and ensure timely materials/tooling
• Promote safety and cleanliness in the work area
