Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Team: Serve as the primary leader on the production line during your shift and provide direction to operators.
• Drive Safety and Quality: Champion safe work practices and ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Support Production Performance: Monitor daily production goals, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resources to minimize downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in problem-solving and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
