Magnera Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate on the plant floor, ensuring safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment. You will read tape measures, follow PPE requirements, and collaborate with teammates to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, adherence to safety and SOPs, and participation in 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Recent manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE per policy.
• Participate in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting.
• Maintain productivity while following standard procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues with the team.
• Support process improvements and 5S housekeeping on the plant floor.
