The role trains line workers, enforces GMP guidelines, and coordinates with other departments to maintain accurate production schedules.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience or training in warehouse production.
• Safety-sensitive position – must stay alert and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead line workers and ensure targets are met.
• Train staff in production line tasks and safety policies.
• Uphold GMP guidelines and maintain product quality.
• Perform and monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions.
• Coordinate with other departments for production scheduling.
