Job summary

Kraft Heinz Massillon is seeking a Process Owner to lead a cross-functional line team and drive operational performance on a production line. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and employee engagement through KHMS implementation.

You will coach and develop your team, champion continuous improvement, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to meet plant objectives. Flexibility for off-shift coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience in a food environment.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional production line team and improve line performance.
• Drive KHMS implementation and operational excellence standards.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, quality, OEE, yield, labor efficiency.
• Lead problem-solving routines to identify root causes and actions.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and safety program compliance.
• Champion 5S, reliability, standard work, and waste reduction.
• Coach team members and foster accountability and teamwork.
• Communicate across shifts with clear work instructions and records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality.
