Responsibilities include supervising staff, material handling for chipboard, recording outputs, inspecting filters, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires prior supervisory manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to use a tape measure.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be able to utilize BPCS to order material and return stock.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Load rolls of chipboard on machine ensuring continuous supply of material.
• Keep accurate records of hourly production numbers and scrap.
• Inspect filters and filter packaging at various stages of production, making corrections as necessary.
• Assist with providing raw materials to the production line to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Set up line for the filter manufacturing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management to support production goals.
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring employee performance to ensure product quality aligns with company specifications.
• Ensure that all employees follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Responsible for production and packaging of products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
