Job summary

East Side Plating Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Line Lead to oversee production lines, understand directions, and coordinate with Plater, Planner and Supervisor to ensure accurate counts and on-time completion.

The day shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Wage is $23.00/hour with potential increases in 6 months, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, paid holidays and a 401K plan. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Able to understand and retain directions.
• Follows schedule and notifies scheduler and/or supervisor if there are issues with jobs.
• Able to lift 35 lbs for an 8 hour shift.
• Able to multitask racking and inspection for packaging complete jobs or partials.
• Able to use a computer for production entry, flooring in & out of jobs, printing travelers, making move tickets for partials.
• Able to keep track of orders, counting of parts while putting them up and taking them down for accurate counts.
• Able to communicate effectively with Plater, Planner and Supervisor.
• Promotes teamwork with a positive attitude and outlook.
• Flexible and willing to do what's needed for team success.
