Job summary

Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring a Second Shift Working Lead for a local plating department in Tulsa, OK. The role requires hands-on leadership with coating/plating experience to keep the department moving smoothly while meeting production goals.

You will follow the supervisor’s schedule, lead by example in safety and productivity, prepare parts for electroplating, and assist with masking, racking, and setup of plating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have coating, plating, or related industrial experience.
• Must have lead experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be able to do basic math.
• Must read and understand written procedures.
• Must work well with others.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule set by the supervisor.
• Complete jobs assigned to the plating department.
• Lead employees by example through safety, work ethic, and productivity.
• Prepare parts for electroplating.
• Assist with masking, racking, tool assembly, and surface preparation.
• Inspect parts before and after plating.
• Use and calibrate measuring devices.
• Complete daily production cards and required paperwork.
