Quality Harvest Foods is seeking Line Operators for the Portland, OR area to manage and maintain production line equipment with precision and care. The role offers a Day Shift with hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and requires 2–3 years of line experience along with strong communication in English.

Formación

• 2–3 years of production line experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.
• Able to read and document Safety Data Sheets and production records.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust equipment such as sheeters, sifters, conveyors, guillotine, cutters, and v-mags as needed to maintain optimal production.
• Assemble and organize all equipment required for each product run.
• Record production speeds, weight checks, and other data accurately.
• Monitor and sustain production speeds according to the production schedule.
• Assist with changeover tasks, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and equipment adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Promote safety and positivity on the production floor.
• Follow and enforce quality procedures to ensure product excellence.
