RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager in coordinating all activities from sales handover through engineering, certification, supply chain and production until program closure.

The role focuses on maintaining cost, quality and schedule targets, ensuring compliance with RECARO standards, and delivering regular progress reports to customers and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of FAA certification procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in coordinating all activities from handover to closure.
• Maintain overall program timeline in support of due dates.
• Develop full-scale project plan using MS Project.
• Coordinate with OEMs and customers; manage communications.
• Ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.
• Prepare program documentation and meeting minutes; manage action items.
• Identify risks and resolve conflicts within the project team and escalate when needed.
• Interface with OEM contacts and provide regular program progress reports.
