Job summary

Old World Industries is seeking a Laborer to support production lines by loading conveyors with boxes and bottles, stacking pallets, and assisting with drum handling. The role emphasizes physical labor, standing for long periods, and teamwork to maintain optimal machine uptime.

The position requires following procedures, safety rules, and rotating through tasks as needed to keep operations efficient. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Able to read and follow safety procedures and written instructions.
• Team oriented with good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load conveyors with boxes and bottles to keep machines running at capacity.
• Place empty boxes and bottles on conveyor in a fast-paced environment.
• Stack full boxes on pallets and palletize skids of product.
• Hand load bottles into boxes, insert dividers, seal and tape boxes.
• Assist in unloading drums and securing product on skids.
• Ensure finished goods boxes are stacked correctly and labeled properly.
• Follow safety protocols and rotate through positions as needed.
