Job summary

Old World Industries is seeking a Line Operator to manage the day-to-day operation of the production line, ensuring safe and efficient filling, labeling, and packaging of bottles. You will maintain run sheets, verify correct containers and codes, and coordinate with blending and packaging teams to keep the line running at optimal speed.

The role requires forklift operation certification, the ability to read instructions, and a focus on quality and safety in a union and non-union manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Must be a certified forklift operator.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and repair minor issues.
• Good judgment and decision making; work independently or in a team.
• Experience in union and non-union environments.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure bottles and boxes match product and are production-ready.
• Maintain run sheets and accurate production documentation.
• Ensure correct boxes, bottles, and codes for production.
• Operate fillers, conveyors, coder, and related equipment.
• Keep line clean and maintain equipment; report issues to supervisor.
